Jennifer Hastings Schunn, LMT

Jennifer Hastings Schunn is a Licensed Massage Therapist who attended Midwestern College of Massotherapy in Columbus, Ohio and has been practicing professionally for 26 years.  She is licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio. Husband, Barry Schunn has been licensed since 1994.  Originally doing business as Hastings-Schunn Therapeutic Massage, the name was changed in 1993 to reflect the Mission to not only apply massage therapy techniques in session, but to also teach clients relaxation methods to practice healing their own bodies in order to cultivate their own inner sanctuary.

She founded Columbus Academy of Medical Massage in 1993. In addition to her hands on duties as Director of the Academy, taught advanced massage technique classes and directed clinicals for seven years before having a daughter and continuing in private practice only.

She is a Reiki Master who is trained  and certified in Aromatherapy, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue / Myofascial Release, Prenatal and various other healing modalities.  She combines these techniques to customize treatments for clients according to their individual, per session, needs.  She loves spending time with her family and rescue pets, meditation and knitting.
